A small number of large accounts are playing an increasingly important role in the delivery of our strategy, making World Class Account Management and Strategic Prospecting critical capabilities.

The National Key Account Manager will manage the interface between the Company and a small number of regional Accounts within the Norwegian car industry (mainly resellers), and drive growth within the existing customer portfolio, as well as identifying and exploiting new opportunities.

You become an ambassador for Castrol – the market leader within Lubricants. The sales work is strategic and long term focused. You develop, implement and follow up annual Key Account plans for your customers as well as undertake regional prospecting for key accounts. This is an administrative and strategic sales role, suitable for someone who enjoys project and stakeholder management as well as data analysis.

The position is homebased, but you are ideally located on the West coast of Norway.

Competencies and experiences

We look for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience from B2B sales. We believe that you worked with large accounts on a strategical level, giving you the required experience from strategic customer planning, project and stakeholder management as well as high level negotiations.

You are an excellent communicator and skilled negotiator. We believe that you hold a University degree and have interest in/experience from technical products. Experience from international organizations is a plus. You are self going, eager-to-learn, well planned, outgoing, positive and a prestigeless teamplayer. You need to be fluent in both English and Norwegian.
